Feel better, more excited and motivated so you can go about your day with a smile on your face. Join Frances as we explore the teachings of the Yoga Vasistha. The Main teaching of this profound book is that everything is consciousness, including the material world and that the world is as you see it. We will use one line or thought from each verse as a jumping off point to contemplate something we can learn for today. This book can be read over and over again and the teachings can apply to whatever is coming up for you in the moment.*books listed in links are affiliate links that we make a small percentage on at no extra cost to you. In this episode we discuss the analogy of the crow and the coconut in relationship to coincidence, we do a brief exploration of the song "Time Stand Still" as sung by the United States Army Band "Pershing's Own" in memorial to Niel Pert and also sung by them, "Can You Hold Me" by @NFrealmusic. We share a line from the movie "The Dead Poet's Society" and a quote from Robin Williams, "I try to make sense of things which is why, I guess, I believe in destiny. There must be a reason that I am as I am. There must be." I found that very inspiring. we are all our own beautiful amazing individuals. Yay us. Let's celebrate our uniqueness.
